Our renovated, 1st floor (ground level), end unit condo is located in the desirable gated community of Harbour Oaks. Don't walk up flights of stairs after a day at the beach or shopping! Our condo is a ground level, end unit with very close parking. The Harbour Oaks complex is within walking distance to the pier (0.9 miles), village (0.5 miles), beach, restaurants, pubs, parks, tennis, pickle ball, fantastic play grounds, etc. (all < 1 mile). Our condo is perfect. It is in a great location! Everyone from toddlers to our most mature guests will enjoy the amenities which include tennis courts, a swimming pool, lagoons, a turtle pond with sitting area and much, much more.
To the right of our complex you can enjoy a short stroll to Mallery Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, or continue on to the village where you will discover delicious dining, unique shopping and sightseeing fun. You may also choose to spend time at the large, partially covered fishing pier, lighthouse or Fun Zone with public pool and putt putt course.
To the left of the complex you are less than half a mile to the best beaches on St. Simons at the Coast Guard Station.
The bright and inviting 3 bedroom FIRST floor END unit is easily accessible from your assigned covered parking space. The condo is tastefully decorated with NEW sun room, living room and master bedroom furnishings. The split floor plan offers privacy with the master bedroom off of the sun room with king bed and private, newly renovated double sink, full bath. The second bedroom with another KING bed, third bedroom with twin beds and a shared full bath (with quartz double sink vanity) are located down the hall from the living room.
We offer a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with all stainless appliances, new cookware, quartz countertops and access to a private patio off of the dining area to make your stay a true delight. The private patio offers a gas grill perfect for grilling your catch of the day with lovely views of the lagoon.
Interior amenities include flat screen TVs & DVD players in all three bedrooms and living room, free secured wireless internet (WIFI), full size laundry room and all LINENS PROVIDED.
